— About Andrew

Andrew Dawson is the founder of Operation For Freedom— an anti-human trafficking organization committed to finding the vulnerable and offering hope. For more than two decades, Andrew has worked alongside local churches across the United States, equipping them to move from awareness to action in the fight against exploitation.

He and his wife, Ashleigh, launched Operation For Freedom with a simple conviction: the local church should be the most courageous and compassionate force against injustice in its community. Through strategic outreach, partnerships, prevention efforts, and survivor support initiatives, the organization engages with trafficking at the local and domestic level.

Lead On Mission is an initiative dedicated to activating everyday believers to live with purpose and assignment. Confronting passive, routine faith. Lead On Mission exists to help followers of Jesus move from attendance to action, allowing God not only to work in them, but through them, so they can make a tangible Kingdom impact in their communities.

Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Missional Leadership and continues to equip leaders and followers of Jesus who want to live on mission marked by courage, compassion, and conviction.
